Terms & Conditions for Kedarnath Helicopter Tickets 2019 -:



  • Booking will confirm only upon deposit of full payment and name list of all passengers with age and weight details.
  • The booking and ticket is non transferable and any change in name is not allowed.
  • All passengers are required to carry and show any of the valid government photo ID's like- Adhar Card/Pan Card/Voter Card/driving linence etc. at helipad.
  • For same day return passenger, only 2 hrs will be given for Kedarnath Dham darshan.
  • Full charge will be taken for above 2 years children. No seat will be given for infant less than 2 years.
  • Priority will be given to children, senior citizen, ladies and two way passengers, over one way passengers.
  • Medical checkup & Biometric resistration are required. It can be done at Guptkashi,Phata Or Sonpryag.
  • Passengers to check in at least 2 hour prior to the departure of the flight at helipad, passengers will be boarded on a First Come First Basis subject to availability of seats. Overweight passengers weighing more than 80 kg will be charged Rs.150/kg beyond 80 Kg, Max 5 kg single piece baggage is allowed for passengers.
  • Each passenger should have to report at given reporting time.
  • If at any stage it is found that the helicopter is overloaded, Company will have the right to decide which passengers or article shall be offloaded and such decision shall be binding. If in any case flight cancelled for the day, the next day passenger will be given priority over previous day ones.

  • 1 Day before Travel No Refund
  • 2 – 9 days before Travel Date 30% Cancellation Charges and 70% Refund.
  • 10 Days or More before Travel Date 20% Cancellation Charges and 80% refund.
  • Cancelled due to Bad Weather Full refund.
  • Shuttle cancelled by Operator Full refund.
  • No show by passenger No refund
